You will need a high quality, heavy duty, adjustable Frame Jig to build your Custom Chopper Frame. This set of plans will
enable you to fabricate a professional quality frame jig that allows you to dial-in the exact rake, stretch, and height you
require for your particular frame.
Tubing Diameters include 1 ¼”, 1 3/8”, and 1 ½”
Tire Sizes include 250, 280, and 300
Adjustable rake, stretch, and height
Weld or bolt together

This package includes both the Frame Jig Centering Cones and the Custom Chopper Rigid Frame Welding Jig Plans. The Frame Welding
Jig Plans are supplied on CD in PDF format. This allows you to print as many copies as you need in as large a size as you
like.
