(a) Lightly push the ball forward with the right foot and repeat 1 touch per step to the cone,  15 yards away.
(b) Lightly push the ball forward with the left foot and repeat 1 touch per step back to the original cone.
(c)  Repeat.

Dribbling - Inside and Outside of Same Foot
(a)  Alternate surfaces each touch.
(b)  Inside, outside, inside, outside, etc. Right foot to the cone, left foot back to the starting point.

Dribbling - Inside of one Foot, Outside of other Foot
(a) chop the ball with the inside of one foot across the body toward the other foot then push the ball away from the body with the opposite foot.
(b) Use the same foot that just pushed the ball away from the body to chop it back across the body toward the opposite foot.
(c) Repeat.

Dribbling - Sole Roll
(a) start with the ball in front and to the right of the body.
(b) Step past the ball with the far (opposite) foot.
(c) Use the front of the sole of the right foot to drag the ball forward and across the front of the body.
(d) let go of the ball as the foot hits the ground, allowing the ball to roll to the opposite side of the body.
(e) Step toward the ball and repeat with the left foot.
