[1] Reviewing the ways for self-betterment (p199-200)
(1) 1st Step in self-therapy = PREPARATION by learning the "auto-hypnosis" way to relax including the use of breathing exercises (p199)
[2] Carrying out your program (p200)
(2) 2nd Step in self-therapy = to ASSESS YOURSELF and develop "positive thinking" as soon as possible by solving smaller problems in your life before you attempt to solve any bigger problems (p200)
`
[3] Arrange a definite schedule (p201)
(3) 3rd Step in self-therapy = TIME SCHEDULING by arranging a definite schedule for "self-betterment" (p201)
Procrastination is a sign that you may be unconsciously avoiding coming to grips with unpleasant problems of the past! Even if you devote only a few minutes each day or a few hours each week, it is essential that you schedule the time and stick to it so you will develop a successful "habit pattern"
Use the technique of "ideomotor replies" to your self-questions in order to learn the sources and casues of your individual problems
Use the "four movements" pendulum replying technique as you ask for "YES" and "NO" aswers
Attempt the "automatic writing" technique for at least one-half hour each day since your subconscious mind is not limited to affirmative and negative replies to your questions but a CONTINUUM SCALE of possible responses that is relative to your most recent choices and behaviors!
[4] Never overlook safeguards --- confine self-hypnosis to yourself since "mindreading" others without sufficient knowledge of the meaning of their behavior and values and goals can produce inaccurate and unpleasant decisions (p201-202)
[5] Conclusion --- Now you have the seven keys with which to unlock the doors to health, happiness and success. Use the keys!
With these methods your goals can be reached (p202)
