Living in Las Vegas, most of our power comes from Hoover Dam. One day a flash occurred to me, how these huge dynamos are spinning sixty times a second, and as a positive meets a negative in the generator, a bolt of electricity shoots through the wires all the way to my house, into each room, where the lights glow brightly.

Then, one-sixtieth of a second later, another pulse flows in the opposite direction, doing the same thing.

And all of the rooms in my house are bright.

What would happen if I bought a small generator, hooked it up to a bicycle wheel, plugged it into a wall socket, and started cranking away???

My energy would interfere, of course, and blow a fuse, and my rooms would go dark.

Is it not so in life???

All of God's power flows through us in abundance, making every aspect of our lives full and bright....if we let it.

It's only when we get in the way, and start cranking our little energy in, that we blow a fuse, and our rooms go dark.
