Below are some Yule events for 2004 in the greater L.A. area; I

found out about them mostly from local Yahoo groups. I have

included links to websites and/or the discussion group on which

the events were announced. I have not included the entire

announcements, which contain other pertinant information. This

list is therefore *incomplete* as regards the details, and I

encourage you to visit their websites for complete information.

The times I've listed here are approximate starting times; some

of these events start early and schedule the Yule ritual for

hours later. Also, some of them ask that you bring a potluck

dish, or a gift for exchange, or a monetary donation for space

rental. Some of them may even require an RSVP, so please plan

ahead. I'm not responsible for details I haven't included, or

the possibility that the details may change; so please check

the links provided.

To find maps and directions, check the websites or use mapquest.

com - some are local to Pasadena, but Tustin and North Hills

and Grand Terrace are more like 40 or 50 miles away. Anyway, I

hope this list will be of help in finding other Yule events of

interest. Also: if anyone has any other open Yule events they

wish to announce or invite Meetup members to attend, the Meetup

message boards would be a good place to do that. Or you can

announce it at the Witches Meetup on Tuesday, December 14th.

(At the Pagan Meetup Thursday, for example, we had an

invitation to a local Yule celebration put on by some friends.)
