Tele-Coaching Anywhere
in the World
Thanks to unlimited calling plans
and technology such as Skype, coaching is not limited to in person sessions. Most clients live at a distance from their
coach and enjoy the freedom and flexibility of having their sessions by phone,
with between session check in by email.
The only consideration is in paying attention to time zones when scheduling.
Normally, sessions are scheduled between
10 am and 7 pm in the US/Pacific
time zone (Seattle) Tuesdays through Thursdays, and some
weekends.
Clients
Call the Coach
Sessions are scheduled typically on the hour, and run 45 minutes. Clients normally
call the coach on the dot of their appointment time, just as you would arrive
on time for an in person session.
When client does not have an unlimited
calling plan and cannot access Skype or a similar cheap internet phone service, the coach will initiate the call at the precise
appointment time.
Appointments are scheduled for the same
day and time each week for the first 3 weeks of the month. The 4th (and odd 5th) week are used for more
involved field assignments.

Why coaching is done
in multiple session
packages
Coaching works
best when a
deep and trusting
relationship
is formed between
the coach
and client.
It takes time to
develop the familiarity
and
rapport needed
to achieve
the maximum level
of
success.
And research
shows that consistency
of
effort and attention
works
best when we are
striving to
make big and lasting
changes in our
lives.
