CCMS produces a wide
variety of creative, customized leadership development programs. Examples
include:

Written simulations that allow
participants to practice running a business or a manufacturing plant complete
with the emergencies and pressures of real life. CCMS works closely with people
at all levels in the sponsoring company to create realistic experiences.

Outdoor team building
challenges that require unusual problem solving skills.

Rio Grande: a Team Building
Challenge - a written survival challenge
accompanied by a video made on-site in the Lower Canyons of the Rio Grande. A
Spanish version is also available.
