Diana Christopulos, Ph.D.

Dr. Christopulos has directed the design and delivery of more than 35,000 participant-days of leadership training, and she has designed and managed multi-day strategic planning conferences for as many as 350 people. She has been president of Christopulos Custom Management Systems (CCMS) since 1987, assisting both for-profit and nonprofit organizations with strategic planning, organizational change, and leadership development. Dr. Christopulos has also served as a full-time college faculty member and as a corporate vice president for planning and human resources. She has a bachelor of arts degree from Cornell University as well as a master of arts and a doctorate from Binghamton University. She has served on the editorial advisory boards of the International Team Performance Management Journal and Infrastructure, an e-journal developed by faculty at the University of North Texas.

Her recent publications include

§         Time, Feeling and Focus, a history of the American Heart Association, and

§         "Y1K: Flee to the Mountains," a comparison of the first and second millennial eras, which was published in the e-journal Infrastructure.

Dr. Christopulos has published books or articles in three disciplines: organizational development, history, and the environment.

A native of Wyoming, Dr. Christopulos enjoys the outdoors. She has served on the boards of several outdoor organizations and received statewide recognition for both conservation and outings leadership. When not otherwise engaged, she can usually be found taking a hike or paddling a river.
