.... to my page. Being the animal lover that I am, I just wanted to state my thoughts on animal welfare and do my part
to spread the word.
Please, if you are considering adding a new pet to your family, think adoption first. There
are so many absolutely great animals out there that would love another chance at happiness, not only for themselves, but to
make their new human(s) happy as well. Maybe you could even foster or help support the homeless pets in other ways.
Please,
not only for population control, but for their health as well, have your pet(s) spayed and or neutered.
Euthanasia
as a means of population control, is so cruel. To have a life ended, just for being born.... Being tossed away for one reason
or another. The animal being clueless as to why they lost their "family" and are then placed behind "bars" to, unknown to
them, live their last days. And then being placed on that cold table and then given a shot, and then....
That whole
scenario, which is all too real, is really just irresponsibility on the human's part. The human gets to continue on while
that poor animal, which had no control over it's own destiny, which was as dependent as a child, is now dead.
Please
take a look around, open your heart and please do your part to help these wonderful living beings that depend on us for their
care and survival.
Thank you, for at least reading this and hopefully, you too will consider doing the right thing
for our animal friends.
If I could single handedly make this problem end, I would do so in a heartbeat. But I can't,
so PLEASE help.
