This is the letter that Daymond faxed to the consulate in Montreal, along with our I-129f Approval Notice. (In case you're wondering why it says 'Karen'....that's my real name. Casey's what I've been called all my life though)

On July 4,1998 the CSC approved our I-129f petition. As of September 22, 1998 Karen (my fiancée) has not yet received the K-1 pac from the Montreal Consulate. Karen called the visa section line in Montreal and was told that if I faxed our approval notice to your office you would send her the K-1 pac.
