Being eight with my grandma   I can remember helping Grandma in the kitchen, I was around 8 yrs old. She would tie an old flour sack dish towel around me for an apron. It did not have any pocket, She would tuck the spoon in the waist band. I always wanted a real apron with pockets like hers. I started thinking about our Granddaughter Abbie. She likes to help me in the kitchen when she comes for a visit. She turned eight in November 2008. Now she needs her own apron like her Grandma Grace.
