The Annual Membership Meeting will be held in Cocoa Beach Library
Von Thron Conference Room at 7:00 PM Monday, 02 February 2009.

MATTERS SET FORTH

1. Rollcall by President due to vacant position of Secretary. 
   Establish that a quorem of 6 votes (with proxys) exists.
2. Minutes of February 2008 meeting read by President.
3. Election of officers: President, Secretary, Treasurer. 
   Minutes of current meeting to be taken by newly-elected Secretary.
4. Treasurer's report(s)
   a. 2008 expenses.
   b. 2009 proposed budget with fund-raising options below:
      1. $500 assessment  1 May   raises $5500.
      2. $50 fee increase 1 March raises $5500.
      3. $500 assess+$50 increase raises $11000. <- option recommended by Treasurer.
5. Old business discussion.
6. New business discussion.
   a. Treasurer request for approval of new collection rules (distributed).
   b. Treasurer suggestion for 1yr moratorium on officer's fee reductions saving $720.
   c. President proposal for a lien on Unit 2 for 2009 fees+assessments. 
7. Vote on option that raises needed funds in approved budget.

undersigned, to vote as proxy at the membership meeting of the Association,
to be held at Cocoa Beach Library Monday 02 February 2009 at 7PM and any
adjournment thereof according to the number of votes the undersigned would be
entitled to vote if present, on the matters set forth in the Notice of Meeting,
a copy of which has been received by the undersigned.
In no event shall this proxy be voted for a period longer than 90 days after
the date of the first meeting for which it was given.
