Stone-Broke Hash
1 can corned beef
5 or 6 potatoes
1 large or 2 small onions
1/3 cup milk
pepper
Dice and boil potatoes. Meanwhile, saute onion in cooking oil in large skillet. Drain boiled potatoes and add to skillet; add can of corned beef. Add salt and pepper. Turn with spatula as it browns. After browning a bit, add milk and let it brown a bit more.
