SPECIAL NOTE:  Many of these people are/were at Highland Lakes addresses that changed after they changed the RR (Rural Route) codes in the mid 90s.  When we tried to send the survey to many of these people in 1998, it came back misaddressed.  Since that time, we have not been able to locate their new addresses even though they may live in the SAME HOUSES as in High School.
