1996-2004, 4.6L, Mustang donor build option

Since I am having to live at my current project site in Harrisonburg, VA., (in an upstairs apartment), I decided to start my build in a rented storage unit. This gives me 10' x 20' of lockable space to work in. I know it will be tight, but I think I can make it work by building an "airborn" body buck to store the body above the chassis. I will have to mount a pulley system to the storage units roof beams to raise the body. One of my challenges is that there is no power in the storage unit. I plan on using an inverter, powered from my jeep, to run electrical tools and lights as necessary.

My current plans are to use my 1996 Cobra Mustang as my donor. This gives me all of the good parts that I have added over the last 7 years, to install on the FFR.
I had been trying to sell the 1996 Cobra Mustang locally. This was because the entire suspension system of the donor has been upgraded to Eibach ProKit and Steeda components. None of the caster/camber plates, offset-rack bushings, control arms, springs, shocks, struts, or front and rear anti-sway bars will be usable on the FFR. Also the ABC Exclusive body kit will be unusable.

Upgrades that WILL move to the FFR include the stock 4.6L DOHC engine (320 HP with the JMS chip in the EEC IV), the 4.10:1 ratio 8.8" solid axle with the re-built Ford Traction Lock differential, the complete Cobra brake system (13" front and 11.65" rear rotors) with Hawk HPS pads and Brembo rotors, the 17" x 9" Cobra R wheels with 245/45 Nitto Extreme radials for the front and 275/40 Nitto Drag Radials for the rear, the Steeda bump-steer kit, the Tremec T56 six speed transmission, the 3" aluminum driveshaft balanced to 8000 rpm (although this will need to be shortened), the 1999 Ford spec 11" Cobra flywheel, pressure plate, and clutch disk, the Fluidyne aluminum radiator, the Walbro fuel pump, the UPR adjustable fuel pressure regulator, the Dallas Mustang SpeedCal speedometer calibrator, and the NX nitrous system.

I have not been able to sell my 1996 Cobra Mustang so now I will have a lot of parts to try and sell! With the stripped body going to the junkyard! Or, I have had some interest for the complete body and interior, so I hope I can sell it to someone who wants to restore a Cobra Mustang!
