Star Wars = Satan???

And all this time I thought it was a riff on the Kurosawa's Hidden Fortress.

I remember coming across this link a few years ago, when this used to be hosted on Geocities, I then sent it to my friend Kevin who worked there...he couldn't believe his eyes. "You've gotta be kiddin' me, we host this and I never saw this, I need my surfer license revoked!" or something to that effect.

So now this group has popped up again, naming Lucas as the Antichrist and Star Wars as the Tool for Satan. If money is the root of all evil and Lucas has made a chunk o change off of Star Wars, then the theorem states Star Wars is EVIL!!! Read the site (small print too) and make your own decsions.

Here's the deal: I think we need to have an intervention for a friend of ours, (S.E), he's being led down the dark path and doesn't even know it...

S.E, if you're reading this, I'm not talking about you, it's another S.E I know. No, really.

Everyone else - I have the van ready to take him to the behavioral modification center, I just need a little muscle to help out.

Why Cat's Hate

This link had me laughing for at LEAST 5 minutes... (Let it load then scroll down)

Please for the love of mookie, DON'T ever subject your cats to this, unless they have a REALLY high self esteem.

This is where it looks like Kermit goes to die...living on a very unimpressed cat's head.

Cats in the Cradle and the Sliver Spoon....

Everytime I hear a song by Harry Chapin, I have to smile. I know we all had music from our childhoods that we hold very dear to our hearts, for me it's Harry Chapin. This 70's folk singer/story teller was the only Musician during the 80's that my father and I could agree on to listen to on our long drives to upstate NY to visit family. My father's best friend, Uncle Dave was a Harry Chapin Fan, he saw him in concerts all over NY, and thanks to him.. I have a love for his music. Unfortunately Harry Chapin Died in 1981, but his music lives on through his family.

That takes me to my wonderful boyfriend... who surprised me last friday night and took me a "Harry Chapin celebration concert" at the Cerriotos Concert Hall. The entire Chapin family still gets together and sing his songs and celebrate his life... It was a really special surprise...

Some of my favorite songs if your interested in listening are...

Mr. Tanner, Taxi, W.O.L.D, She's only Seventeen, 30,000 pounds of bananas... Check out his anthology album.. I think his best! www.harrychapinmusic.com
