Lee and I want to thank everyone who came to the party on Saturday. We hope all had a great time. Once I figure out the best way to post pictures, I'll post em. A super big thank you to the throngs that helped with cooking and setup and cleanup. Without our friends help we couldn't have pulled it off.

Do you realize that if Bush and Kerry didn't run in the race, Nader would have been elected president. You can read more about it here.

Interesting information. Over the past 4 years Bush has already fulfilled 46% of his campaign promises, imagine what he would be able to do if congress was majority Republican...oh yeah, it was and still is, but there was that pesky Axis of Evil thing that derailed things for awhile. Clinton was able to fulfill about 66% of his promises with an opposing party in Congress, but he had to deal with that pesky attack from the blue dress and cigar.

this picture makes you think... it's a mosaic made out of the photos who have given their lives in the Iraqi war.

As most of you may know, Lee's Uncle John (Jack to her) had a stroke last Saturday and went into a coma.

Lee arrived in New York on Thursday morning. The difficult decision was made by the family that day to take John off of his life support. The family comforted each other as he slowly succumed to the ravages the stroke caused.

The funeral is today, and we would like to thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers.

She'll be back to San Francisco Tuesday evening.
