Day five dawned gray and drizzly. We packed up our gear and hiked the mile up to Stoney Indian Pass in light rain. Brawny and Hoss left a half-hour before us, and waited at the top, where it was a mite chilly and windy.
We paused to look at the new views in the Mokowanis River Valley before diving down the switchbacks towards what would become a day of waterfalls. |
