These days people have busy schedules, but it is essential for your well-being to incorporate exercise into your daily life. During five one-hour sessions, I shall teach you exercises (using proper form) for your whole body. The only items you will need to perform these exercises in the comfort of your own home are: a gym ball, dumbbells, a mat and the discipline to do it on your own.

 

Workshop Outline

 

Day 1: back and chest exercises with stretching

Day 2: triceps, biceps and legs with stretching

Day 3: shoulders and hips with stretching

Day 4: abdominals and buttocks with stretching

Day 5: personalized routine

 

Workshops are available for individuals or groups of 2 - 4 people.

Comfortable attire and clean-soled sneakers are required.
