Welcome to Boy Scout Troop 1997 of Ellicott City, MD.  We are a youth-run troop formed in 2004, meeting at Gary Memorial United Methodist Church each Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:00 PM.   See our calendar on the Schedule page.
