This is a proprietary process that I have developed, but here are a few facts about this
process.
It is not opticon.
It is not an epoxy resin.
It is mohs 5 in hardness.
it is totally reversible.
It can be repolished.

As you can see, the opal has been restored to its original condition and now can be worn and enjoyed
again. By the way, this opal was damaged over fifty years ago and the grandchildren of the original owner could
not bear to throw it away. just too sentimental to them.
