I moved to Colorado at the age of 3, I have lived in the area for the past 29 years. I am now married and have 2 children, ages 5 and 8.
I attended Fairview High School and the University of Northern Colorado.
In 1991, I began working as an assistant at Midwest Properties, Inc. and shortly after obtained my license to
sell real estate in the State of Colorado. In 1992 I became the office manager
for Midwest Properties.
In 1994, I went on staff at Fowler, Better Homes & Gardens in Boulder, and in 1995 became the office Manager
for the Louisville branch.
Beginning in 1996, I went
to work in a small office setting alongside my parents, Jill & Vann Hilty, both realtors for over 25 years.
Today I am a Multi-Million Dollar producer, and I hold both the ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative and the GRI, Graduate
Realtorâ Institute designations. This past year I was awarded the MRE, Master of Real Estate
designation. Fewer than 260 Realtorsâ hold this designation in Colorado, and I am
proud to be one of the newest designees. Most recently, I have earned the TRC, Transnational Referral Certified Designation
from the International Consortium of Real Estate Agencies, of which the National Association of REALTORSâ is a member.


I love this area, and the community in which I now live. I enjoy
the over 300 days each year of sunshine by playing golf & skiing. My children
are now taking up those activities as well. I serve on a committee for the Bal
Swan Childrens Center in Broomfield, and this year I am continuing to work with the Van Education Center, an on-line Real
Estate and Appraisal school, www.vaned.com.

I utilize two separate Multiple Listing Services to cover the broadest range of available listing information for the
entire area for my buyers. I also use an on line contract site which allows me to email agreements and forms anywhere
at any time. My web based neighborhood information sources help my clients and myself gain the latest and best possible
information for their needs.
For sellers, an automated feedback system can quickly alert us to buyer requests, and the ability to market both on
line as a featured listing on multiple web sites such as Realtor.com, as well as in multiple forms of print advertising, such
as Homes & Land Magazine, allows my clients to reach the broadest possible buyer demographics.
I am available to my clients 24/7. I handle all of my contracts personally, and with the utmost care and loyalty
to the client and their interests.
