Saturday August 30 - Court Show. The show benefits McCARES and begins at
8PM.
Sunday August 31 - Fifth Sunday FYI
Forum. Viewing of "An Inconvenient Truth" in the Social Hall following worship. A sandwich luncheon will
be provided.
Monday September 1 - Labor Day.
The Red Door Pantry and the church office will be closed.
Saturday September 6 - Women's HIV Support Group. Meets at 11AM, followed
by a free lunch.
Saturday September 6 - Court Show. The show benefits McCARES and
begins at 8PM.
Sunday September 7 - Dr. Pepper
Museum. Join us after worship for a trip to the Dr. Pepper Museum.
Saturday September 13 - Rummage Sale. Indoor rummage sale from 8AM until
noon.
Thursday September 18 - HIV Support
Group. Support for HIV+ and for friends and families. Evening begins at 7PM with a free home-cooked meal,
followed by support groups.
Saturday, Sunday September 20-21 -
Waco Cultural Arts Festival. Takes place downtown. Lots of fun and exhibits. Stop by the church's
face-painting booth!
Saturday September 27 - Court Coronation.
The event takes place at the Waco Civic Theater.
