Today was our swearing ceremony. This was just to promise that all of the documents that we (Cindy) had filled out were correct, to the best of our knowledge. This event, followed by actually getting Abigail's visa, was the last step to being able to leave and head home.

While Cindy and I both are going to miss our time in China as it is our child's homeland, we are really looking forward to heading home. I think that, besides being able to sleep in my own bed, the one thing that I have missed the most is a very cold drink, which has ice in it. I know that Cindy has missed real Diet Coke, probably even more than sleeping in our bed.

I believe that this is going to be the last post until we get home, so Cindy and I look forward to seeing everyone after we get home.
