Abigail actually enjoyed her bath this morning, unlike yesterday morning. She played with a water book and her stacking cups. Mommy and Daddy were just as wet by the end of bath time!

While waiting for the doctor to make his rounds today, we worked on Abigail's sitting. Since she struggles to sit up on her own, we can assume she spent most of her time on her tummy. Otherwise, she appears to be developmentally on track. We are also pleased that she is so healthy (besides that nose that won't stop running). She hasn't refused a meal yet!
We are facing some possible night terrors. Approximately 30-45 minutes after she falls asleep at night, she begins to thrash and scream. It breaks our heart to know that we can not comfort her. All we can do is hold her tight and tell her that we love her. After 15-30 minutes, she will finally open her eyes and calm down. For the rest of the night, she appears to sleep soundly. This is not uncommon for the babies. Once she realizes she will not be abandoned again, these should subside.
Abigail's personality emerges more and more each day! Her big eyes reflect her curious nature. She entertains all the dads with her humorous noises, and she melts all hearts with her smile.
