The Arizona Division has an on-going project to locate, document, record and, if necessary, mark all Confederate graves within the boundaries of the present day State of Arizona.

If you are aware of a Confederate grave that is not listed in the data base (click on the link at the bottom of the page to access the data base), please complete an SCV Graves Registration Form and Email the completed form as an Email attachment to the Arizona Division Graves Registrar, John Potenza, at:
