Arizona Division Guardian Program

ARIZONA DIVISION GUARDIAN PROGRAM

GUARDIAN APPLICATION

Submit the Guardian application to your Camp Commander for review.  He will forward it to the Arizona Division Graves Registrar for approval.  Be sure to include the supporting map, directions and photographs of the grave.

The Arizona Division has an on-going project to locate, document, record and, if necessary, mark all Confederate graves within the boundaries of the present day State of Arizona. 
 
If you are aware of a Confederate grave that is not listed in the data base (click on the link at the bottom of the page to access the data base), please complete an SCV Graves Registration Form and Email the completed form as an Email attachment to the Arizona Division Graves Registrar, Darren Mullen, at:

Note:  The Arizona Division Graves Registrar will ensure that a copy of the completed for is provided to SCV General Headquarters.
The Department of Veterans Affairs has changed the regulations governing the application for headstones and markers for veterans graves.  The Arizona Division memorandum regarding this change and the regulation from the VA are available on the links below.
