We stayed at an artist colony hotel, the Carlton Arms, where a different artist had decorated ea. room.  This was our room.  The motif: antique Pompeiian fresco?	The wall of the communal bathroom at the Carlton Arms hotel.

Annie, Stacy, and me, and that tiny little spike to the right of me is....drum roll please... the Statue of Liberty.	We wanted to see a show or two in NYC while we were there.  We got tickets to the View.  Hey, we got to see Barbara Walters in person!

It's a bad shot.  Sorry.  But we did get on TV, once, when they scanned the crowd!!!	Annie and Stacy in Times Square.  They kind of look like they aren't really there, and they were Photo- shopped onto a pic of Times Sq, but they really were there.
The twin towers of the World Trade Center.  It's so strange to think they aren't there anymore...
