LoRok's Island shares the same geographic styling as 3 mile canyon; both have small lagoons protected by low lying islands and have great waves just outside. Harder to get to and much more primative than 3 mile, LoRoks is a 4 wheel kind of place.

There's very little to effect the wind's passage throught his corridor so it will usually be clean and filled in from side to side. It can blow all day but usually doesn't get going until after breakfast in spring and summer.

D I R E C T I O N S LoRok's Islands Travel 13 miles from Roosevelt on WA Hwy 14. The turnoff is near milepost #144. The access road drops down to the river and stops just short of the train tracks. Room for 10-12 vehicles.
