I am a genuinely warm, intuitive and
creative psychologist who works with each patient as an individual. I have been in private practice as a clinical psychologist
since 1988, and have worked in numerous inpatient and outpatient settings throughout my career in addition to my private practice.
At this time I am particularly interested in working with individuals who are experiencing debilitating levels of stress related
to identity issues and major life transitions (e.g. changing or choosing careers, leaving home, loss and bereavement, separation
and divorce). I find enourmous pleasure in seeing my clients move from feeling 'victimized' by life's challenges to feeling
'victorious' and 're-vitalized' by their successes.
I have specialized
training in the areas of; Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Child and Adolescent Evaluation and Therapy, Family
Therapy, and working with Survivors of Sexual Abuse. I have also been recently certified as a Parent Coordinator in Orange
County.
I look forward to collaborating with you, so that you too,
can 'Create a Happier, Healthier Life!'
