"Burundi: A Troubled Nation, A New Tribe."
This 5 minute short doc was shot on-location in just 3 days in Burundi,
East Africa. The doc focuses on the brutal tribal warfare between the Tutsi's and the Hutu's, made famous in Hotel Rwanda. Despite horrific atrocities and bloodshed, the story is one of spiritual
inspiration as rival tribes are shown to come together in love, hope and reconciliation.
This faith-based doc went on to win a prestigious CINE Golden Eagle,
plus Telly, Aurora, Communicator, Aegis and Accolade awards. Kudos to Greg Fisher on-location and the team of Bob Hunt as
exec producer and Susan Pang in the edit room.

"The Sounds of Silent Cinema"
Silent film was never watched in silence. This short documentary produced & directed by Jeff Callaway and Craig
Forrest as an independent graduate student film project describes the evolution of fotoplayers, live sound effects,
pianos, wurlitzer organs, small bands and full orchestras that accompanied the screening of silent films from 1895-1927. Through
expert interviews with film historians, professors and actual participants - plus the use of vintage footage, rare photos
and re-enactments - the viewer is shown how sound was a fully integrated part of the live theater experience, no matter the
venue size or location. Very special thanks to Aaron Burns & Ben Bateman in the edit room.
