Richard Prall, tortured genius, imagines his life to be different than it is and uses his voyeuristic tendencies to watch the beautiful people and help fulfill his fantasies. One day when those people mock and ridicule him one too many times he changes focus and, instead of creating playful, sexy scenarios, he envisions ways of ridding them from his life.  To his dismay his fantasies take on a life of their own, people turn up dead all over town and his girlfriend disappears.  Now not only does he have trouble trying to convince the authorities he wasn’t behind the murders but also that he’s not the town crazy like everyone believes.
