Animal Rights

In the past several years there has been a rapid erosion of our rights, in the United States, to own and train our dogs. In most cases the original intention of these repressive laws was to protect the welfare of the animals, but more recently the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the Doris Day Animal League (DDAL) and others have decided that animals should not be owned by people, that training a dog is repressive and should be stopped, that humane discipline of an animal is unethical and they have been working to eliminate our right to posses any animals of any kind. Most of the people who support these organizations have no idea what the actual agenda of the leaders is composed. It is time that we each work to insure that our dogs can continue to live with us as wonderful companions and helpers. If you wish to become informed of the agenda of the various organizations please visit some of these websites:

And support the AKC PAC (which is just now being formed) and the California PETPAC to help in the fight to retain our rights to share our lives with animals!

If you value the opportunity to continue to share your life with a dog or other animal you WILL become involved in this fight!
