Every registered patron who attended the qualifying (break-even) dance** will have their name automatically entered to win the next prize to be released from the CSN treasure chest on the following PRIZE NIGHT dance. An e-mail will be sent to those on CSN's active mailing list who are eligible. On PRIZE NIGHT, names will be randomly selected from only those who were automatically entered. The first person selected who is found to be in attendance at the PRIZE NIGHT at the time the host decides to give the prize away will be awarded the prize. (No prize will ever be given away before 8:15 p.m.) *considering only space rental, door staff, concessions, and taxes **those attending on an admission credit or comp are excluded from eligibility, whereas all Country Club members who have paid their monthly dues are included regardless of attendance |
