In this meditation
you are building a cube around yourself, coded with the lines of a hexagram
of the I Ching. This is the first day. So, you lay the first line on the
base of the cube. The lines to visualize are at left.
wHitE sElF-eXisTinG WinD
Today's tone is the tone of form, self-existence. Meanwhile, back at the tribe, we find spirit or wind. Stir these two gently together with a wooden spoon and you have the manifestation of the divine breath. Yes, we all ask ourselves, how do I know I am alive, and if I am alive, why? Well, today is an excellent day to tangibly measure and bring form to your higher self's breath. Spirit inputs itself to you, and you are then given the choice to listen to the guidance. The next step is to bring form to that guidance, which is what today is all about! Folks say you can't measure the divine, although you can see and feel the divine presence everywhere in your life, from a small gesture given to brighten your day, to a great blessing of a new life to share, or a relationship to grow in. All these things are measurable. Today, see these gifts, and breathe life and gratitude into them. Always, as I say, "attitude of gratitude", and "let's have a (insert thang to be appreciated) appreciation moment!"* breathe* ahhhhh!

of the I Ching. This is the second day. So, you build the binary with the
second line on the right side of the cube. The lines to visualize are at

bLUe OverTonE NigHt
Become lucid. This is a dream. As you wake up in the dream
of this reality you begin to realize that you have much more control over
your world, destiny and the events that transpire around you, than you thought.
Today, take command of your intuition, or rather consciously manage it.
If this is a dream, this "reality" then wake up into it and create
your abundance however you wish. I choose information, and wonderful people
in abundance around me! I am also choosing to be abundant as a healer. I
am guided today by the power of the monkey! Play, giggle and sow the magic

YellOw RhyThmIc SeeD
Wow, today is somethin' else. Yep, like no other day. Make it a good one, as always, of course! Today we have double seed which is the extra sense of seeding your ideas. We also experience what is called tonal balance. We have polarity with tone 2 and organic balance with tone 4.
Today we experience balance from a moving structure, or vibratory structure. Kinda like musical vibrations/rhythms supporting and building on each other. Add that moving balance to targeting and you have a seed that will attach itself and promote growth to any idea, regardless of how mobile or active that idea may be. IF YOU'VE GOT SOMETHING BREWING OR ACTIVE, FOCUS on it today, and watch it bounce around and grow.

Trust me on this, you are a part of this whether you understand this or not. This is a global awakening. We are all in this together. I am not asking you to cast your other beliefs aside, this work is to understand our role as evolving beings and stewards of this planet. It may take a while to understand. I was scratching my head for quite a while when learning how this works. Stick with it if it resonates with you and, well, um, it is more amazing than you could possibly imagine.

Today, You now channel your life force into a stable resonant structure. How's your foundation, your breathing (wind), dreaming (night), evolution (seed)? Channel your essential self and be guided by Earth's navigational power, to awaken the incredible creative you.
Attunement. Wow, what is your life force attuning to?
Do you run your life interests through your divine filter for integrity? If you can hear resonance, that means that you are listening. shhhhh. Quiet the mind, hear the subtle frequencies. Wow, integrity. We've all got it. Some hide it. Some deny it. Others push it without adhering to it. It's that self regulator of our actions. "Does this action/decision have integrity?" Do you ask yourself that? Regularly? Do you follow it? Regardless of what it says. Remember your brain has a rough time understanding the coordinated effort that is this reality. Today is to model transformation. As we move further in the levels of the tones we see the harmonies expanding and becoming more complex. Death is cleaning the slate as one might say. Can you clean your slate with integrity? Is your slate ready to be cleaned? Let your loveful heart guide you in this decision. Death is also an opportunity.
We are taught so much in our culture that death is a finality. Nope. Gots that one all wrong. Another phase, another aspect, another opportunity to move to another level. A form of resolution. Find the integrity in your deaths/opportunities/options...

So, you have completed the hexagram. The hexagram to visualize is at left.
You now visualize the rune symbol at left in your heart chakra while you
are inside the hexagram cube. Feel the rune symbol resonate inside you in
harmony with the energy of the hexagram cube.
