About Our School
Cornerstone Preschool is a privately owned and operated preschool serving
children ages three to five. Founded in 1985, Cornerstone was the first child care center in Pinellas County to become NAEYC accredited in 1988, designating our facility as
an educational institution that voluntarily meets higher standards than licensing requires in the areas of administration,
staff credentials, curriculum, advocacy, and staff to child ratios. We have been APPLE
accredited since 2000, earning us a Gold Seal of Excellence from the Florida Department of Children and Families. We
are proud to provide high quality care and education to our children in a safe, family-friendly environment.

Cornerstone is fully licensed and is a
State-approved Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) provider. We welcome families
from all religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds. Cornerstone Preschool has no religious affiliation but encourages
respect, responsibility, and family values.
