Emergency Information for Cornerstone Preschool
Weather: Cornerstone will close when public schools
or county offices are closed due to storm warnings (unless they are only closed to be used as shelters). Closings will
be announced on our recorded telephone message as soon as the decision has been made. If we are under
a storm warning, please call the school to listen to our recorded message.
If the weather takes a turn for the worse during the
school day and we need to close early, we will update our recorded telephone message and begin calling parents.
It is unlikely that we would be checking or sending email or updating our website in the event of an emergency; therefore,
parents are advised to call the school to listen to our recorded message for information and instructions during the
day when storm warnings are announced (791-3333).
