  • While not obvious from the track's parenthetical qualifier, the 'first dose' version of Addiction is not the original version from the album, but rather the first of two remixes.
  • This track first appeared on the Cleanse, Fold and Manipulate album. The remix which appears on the Mind:TPI CD was added later, taken from the Addiction single. Since the 'Second Dose' mix appears there without its parenthetical qualifier it has misled some to believe Addiction first appeared on Mind:TPI in 1986.
  • I like the term 'parenthetical qualifier'.
