Notes:

• Though not mentioned anywhere on the CD, the version of Dig It which appears there is in fact the single remix. The original LP version of Dig It has only been issued on CD on the compilation Industrial Strength Machine Music.
  
• The CD also fails to mention that tracks 10 - 13 are bonus tracks. The original LP ended after Burnt With Water.

• The CD further confuses by listing the remixes from the Addiction single without the parenthetical qualifiers. In fact, the original versions of Addiction and deep down Trauma Hounds first appeared on Cleanse, Fold and Manipulate in 1987, after the Mind:TPI LP had already been released in 1986. They were added for the CD release of Mind:TPI in 1988.
  
• The track listed as Stairs and Flowers (dub) is in fact Stares and Flowers (too far gone) from the Chainsaw EP.
  
• The Capitol edition of the CD doesn't include the album title on the front cover.
