Notes:

  • A collection of outtakes and previously unreleased recordings from across the history of the Flu and Hilt projects, from 1985-1996.
  • Some of the Flu tracks were previously included on the two semi-unreleased cassette albums that are known to exist. However, many of the titles have been switched around so that they refer to different songs on the two releases. It is not currently clear which sets of titles are correct.
  • Me and You is a hidden bonus that appears at 4:29 into track 19.
