• Recorded live at cEvin and Ogre's live 'reunion' on August 20, 2000 at the Doomsday festival in Dresden Germany.
  
• Also performed, but left off the CD (a decision made by the band) were Choralone, Nature's Revenge, and Smothered Hope. Hardset Head was originally prepared to be part of the CD, but was removed at the last minute for legal reasons. The track was available as an mp3 and is now available on Back and Forth Six.
