  • The set itself includes few liner notes indicating the sources of each of the tracks. The notes above have been added by me (but are in most cases confirmed).
  • Most of the live material on vol. 4 comes from a recording of the Dec. 14, 1990 show at the LA Palladium submitted by a fan.
