He married Mary SPENCER. (Mary SPENCER is #129.) Mary was born in Probably Northumberland Co., Va 1683. Mary was the daughter of Nicolas SPENCER and Frances MOTTROM. At 23 years of age Mary became the mother of Spencer BALL in Coan, Northumberland, Va, March 14, 1707.

At 26 years of age Joseph became the father of Spencer BALL in Coan, Northumberland, Va, March 14, 1707.

Joseph BALL and Mary SPENCER had the following child:
