He married UNKNOWN. ( UNKNOWN is #168.) She became the mother of Dorothy Hodsen MCCABE in Leesburg Va, January 20, 1816.

John became the father of Dorothy Hodsen MCCABE in Leesburg Va, January 20, 1816. Classmate of Dr. Mottrom ball at the University of Glasgow during the Revolution. General Washington was a guest in the McCabe home on East Loudon Street. On August 9, 1625, when Dr. McCabe was Mayor of Leesburg, ehe entertaned Genral lafayett in the same home on that occasion was President John Quincy Adams and Chief Justice Marshall

child 2 i. Dorothy Hodsen2 MCCABE (#86) was born in Leesburg Va January 20, 1816. Dorothy died October 12, 1889 in Elmwood, at 73 years of age. She married William Waring BALL May 6, 1834. (William Waring BALL is #78.) William was born March 21, 1812. William was the son of Mottrom BALL and Martha Corbin TUBERVILLE. William died March 25, 1852 at 40 years of age. At 24 years of age William became the father of Mottrom McCabe BALL March 4, 1837. At 41 years of age William became the father of Issac Lauck BALL March 27, 1853. At 21 years of age Dorothy became the mother of Mottrom McCabe BALL March 4, 1837. At 37 years of age Dorothy became the mother of Issac Lauck BALL March 27, 1853. Classmate of Dr. Mottrom ball at the University of Glasgow during the Revolution. General Washington was a guest in the McCabe home on East Loudon Street.
