He married Frances C. (Frances C. is #65.) Frances was born September 16, 1858. Frances died August 19, 1944 at 85 years of age. At 23 years of age Frances became the mother of Dorothy BALL October 18, 1881. At 24 years of age Frances became the mother of Lucy W. BALL January 17, 1883. At 26 years of age Frances became the mother of Philip Stuart BALL May 7, 1885. At 37 years of age Frances became the mother of Frances H BALL April 22, 1896. At 43 years of age Frances became the mother of Richard BALL October 4, 1901.

At 28 years of age Issac became the father of Dorothy BALL October 18, 1881. At 29 years of age Issac became the father of Lucy W. BALL January 17, 1883. At 32 years of age Issac became the father of Philip Stuart BALL May 7, 1885. At 43 years of age Issac became the father of Frances H BALL April 22, 1896. At 48 years of age Issac became the father of Richard BALL October 4, 1901. Born Easter Sunday

69 iv. Frances H BALL (#75) was born April 22, 1896. Frances died April 24, 1969 at 73 years of age.
