- Concrete Resurfacing
Copeland Services uses Ardex Engineered Cement products to resurface spalled or damaged concrete surfaces both indoors and outdoors. For driveways and sidewalks we use Adrex CD Concrete Dressing. This is a treatment for re-dressing worn, spalled, indoor or outdoor concrete surfaces to provide a "new concrete" finish. It hardens quickly, and produces a surface finish which is suitable for foot and rubber tire traffic.
For indoor decorative (stained concrete) surface preparation, Ardex SD-T Self-Drying, Self-Leveling Concrete Topping is used. This self leveling product is used for fast-track resurfacing, smoothing, or leveling of indoor concrete. Ardex SD-T installs from ¼" up to 2" in one operation, and up to 5" thick with the addition of aggregate. Its unique properties allow it to be sealed and/or stained as soon as 2 hours after installation, and open to traffic as soon as the sealer has dried.
The surface preparation equipment we use is a dust-free hepa-vac grinding and scarifying system that allows operation in areas requiring good indoor air quality control. We use our equipment in both residential and commercial applications.
