ORGANIZATION

In most cases the feature is listed first (preceded, when called for, by the degree or size of the feature) followed by its position and then the aspect affected.

example:  A book that had 1/4" of edge browning running along the right edge of the front cover would be written as follows:

                              degree: 1/4" ; feature:  EB ;   position:  R ;  aspect:  FC

                               = 1/4" EB RFC

I realize that this may be somewhat confusing.  Should you be unable to make heads or tails of a  particular note, just cut and paste it into an email and send it to Bill (bill@copcomco.com) for decoding.
