Copacetic customers of the Proper Box Set series have cause to celebrate as we add their pint-size partner, the Proper Pair. Each Proper Pair contains 2 CDs containing up to 50 tracks and presenting over two hours playing time. Each comes with an 8 - 16 page booklet which includes biographical notes, rare photos (including many in color), and-- most importantly-- complete track listing details: players’ names, recording dates, studio locations, original catalog numbers, and song writing credits are all here. All for the very proper price of only $15.95! Perhaps a tad shy of the value offered by its elder sibling, the Proper Box, but still no room for complaints as the discerning selection accompanied by high-quality mastering remains the same, and, for the most part, the artists they have chosen for this series seem just right for this slimmed-down treatment. Once you're there, just click on "Proper Pairs" under "Proper Products" in the upper left-hand corner, and then once the new page loads scroll down until you find the box you're looking to learn more about. As an alternative, just enter the name of the artist and/or title that you're looking for into the site's search bar. Either way, once you've found the Pair you're looking for you will be able to access all the details about the tracks contained on it. A real wealth of information is provided, and the details are terrific, especially when it comes to recording dates & track personnel.

A Note on Availability: While every effort is being made to keep the entire Proper Pairs Series in stock at all times, the fact of the matter is that it is inevitable that from time to time temporary holes may appear in our stock.
