Conny Jasper
embarked on her quest for healing and personal development in 1985. Seeking the wisdom of enlightenment and health, she absorbed
many books on the teachings of various cultures and spiritual practices. Enthusiastically, she attended classes, workshops,
and training programs with teachers from many different backgrounds. Some of the classes focused on herbalism, energy-based
and shamanic healing, meditation, Taoism, yoga, psychic development, and mythology.
For many years, Conny was a deejay on her college radio station, WKNJ. She worked for a term as Public Relations Director
and a term as Music Director. While in college, she majored in Psychology and minored in Art. In 1988, Conny completed her
Bachelor's Degree. After graduating, she worked as a youth counselor in a shelter for troubled teenagers. In the Spring of
1990, she started a business selling books, music, incense, herbs, and jewelry. She also began to teach classes on intuition
and spiritual development. Since then, Conny has presented hundreds of classes and workshops, on various topics, throughout
New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
In 1992, Conny
was trained and certified in therapeutic massage. In 1995, she completed a two year program, and was certified, in Gestalt
psychotherapy. She founded Earthcraft Enterprises in the Spring of 2000. Earthcraft Enterprises is a composite venture of
various endeavors centered around healing and spiritual development. In the Summer of 2000, Conny became a Reiki Master.
In the Spring of 2002, Conny completed her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology.
While pursuing her degree, she worked with troubled children, the disabled, and the mentally ill. Conny is the author of a
book entitled "The Way of the Tarot," a guide to understanding and reading the Tarot. She also authored "The Positive Power
Workbook." Conny is the co-creator of a CD entitled "Earthcraft," featuring original poetry and evocative music. She also
writes for and publishes a newsletter called "Positive Business." Her other publications are chapbooks of poetry entitled
"Spellfyre" and "Traveling the Edges." Conny's articles and poetry have appeared in various venues, including Reclaiming Quarterly,
Circle Magazine, Take Care Connections, Full Moon Rising Magazine, Relevant Times, and Pagan Imagination.
Conny has worked as an adjunt teacher of English Composition at Mercer County
Community College, and she teaches business classes for Raritan Valley Community College. She is working on a unique and unusual
novel, a holistic business book, a cookbook, and a new anthology of poetry. Conny is also studying the arts of yoga and bellydance
as well as Greek and Latin classic literature. Her mission is to inspire people and promote well-being.
