Remembering the good ole days...
All this talk about the 80's has me reminiscent of times when life was easy and I got a little teary-eyed over my fond 80's memories. I came across
this list "You knew you grew up in the 80's if..." - I actually remembered everything on the darn list and I'm only 26.
Movie Mania has been postponed...
I was so very excited to go and see "School of Rock" yesterday that
I thought I saw the movie was playing at 6:10 PM and in reality it was playing at 7:10 PM...so movie mania has been postponed until October 27, 2003. Boo Hoo!!!

Movie Mania!!!
Since moving back to the DC area I have been so out of touch with
the big screen. There was a time in my life when I was going to at least one movie a week. Those movie excursions were the best...escaping life for a
couple of hours to see something that would hopefully bring a smile to my face or a tear to my eye. Escaping life and
not worrying for a single second did I properly state what I wanted to convey to this person or that person, did I leave the
iron on, did I lock my car and/or did I do whatever. It was my "me time"...and it was still my "me time" if I went to
the movies with someone else. But somehow over the last year I forgot about my movie "me times" and I want them
back.
So, I plan to go to one movie every other week starting today. Today at 6:10 PM and I
going to go and see the "School of Rock" and over the next few weeks I hope to catch:
So let MOVIE MANIA begin.

Time to burst!!!
Woo Hoo!!! I am soooo very happy. I got promoted and
I haven't even been at my job officially for a full year. I am no longer a MA-L, but now I am a ICS - I
make more money; have a better title, more responsibility and pretty soon an assistant. My travel opportunities and going to get even better and that makes me ultra happy. But
most importantly I will be able to enroll in better courses...more contracting courses - Awwh, yeah babe!!! My first
non-DC contracting course will be in LA the first week of November. I am ultra excited about this one.
Priorities!!!
I pay you so you give me your full-undivided attention. I am sick and tired of my personal trainer and
his girlfriend having conversations during my work-out time. From 2 PM to 3 PM you concentrate on me! I may not
talk to you during that hour outside of saying this hurts and that hurts, but I deserve your attention. If your girlfriend
"accidentally" reads your e-mail account during my workout session when she should be doing her job, well tell her to pout
about it after we are finished. I respect her by not stating she is being a baby and a nosy one at that, then you as
my trainer should tell her to respect me and hash out her problems later as well as you as my trainer should explain that,
that conversation/argument will have to wait. If this continues I think I am going to have to get "black woman" on them
and that won't be pretty.
P.S. Never date someone you work with...especially when you work so closely together.

Finally!!!
My server is back up and I don't have a darn think to write about...my
head is too full of junk to think of one thing to vent about. This totallly sucks booty.
