Our Founder

Consulting, coaching and corporate experience: 360 MERIDIAN Principal Lisa Tolliver (A.B. Harvard, M.B.A. and post-graduate Columbia) has over 20 years of experience launching and managing award-winning ventures and teams. Before founding 360 MERIDIAN, she worked as a corporate general manager and management consultant at multinational firms. Her proven strengths include analyzing complex data and recommending profitable, effective solutions. Ms. Tolliver has served such for-profit, non-profit and public sector clients as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Towers Perrin, Knight Foundation, Small Business Administration, Columbia University, and numerous health care, community-based, and faith-based organizations. She also coaches clients to define and achieve their professional and personal objectives. She has received a number of honorable distinctions and media citations, most recently from Business Owners Idea Cafe, the MTA-PriceWaterhouseCoopers PREP program for government contracting, the U.S. Small Business Administration, Marquis Who's Who in America and IAWMD Who's Who on the Web.

Education and training experience: Ms. Tolliver has taught academic courses in the graduate programs for Urban Affairs and Planning at CUNY Hunter, at Keller Graduate School of Management, and at the School for Business at Metropolitan College of New York.  She has also developed, taught and assessed numerous training programs and seminars for professional, small business, academic and community based organizations. She has earned a Coleman award for educators in entrepreneurship, service awards from SCORE: Counselors to America's Small Business, Turner Construction and the National Association of Minority Contractors, and is listed in MarquisWho'sWho Among American Educators and Who's Who Among American Teachers.

Journalism/Publications experience: Ms. Tolliver has produced and hosted critically acclaimed talk radio shows since 2000 (learn more), has published extensively (learn more), and is a popular lecturer and talk show guest (learn more). She received a 2005 Phenomenal Woman Award from Emmis Communications, has been selected for multiple Ford Foundation and Columbia Journalism School programs for outstanding journalists and media gatekeepers, and has won writing and oratorical awards.

Extracurriculars: Ms. Tolliver actively serves in a number of professional and civic organizations and enjoys skiing, watersports and cultural activities.
